WE RESERVE TIME EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.

 

 

 

 

 

When you make an appointment at Solange you are accepting the cancellation policy.

 

Pure requires the courtesy of a 48 hour notice of Cancellation or Rescheduling for any services booked for over an hour, and a 24 hour notice for services booked for an hour and under, if you need to cancel an appointment.



A no show or late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the service.

 

If you do not pay the cancellation charge then your future appointments will be cancelled and you won't be able to re-book.

For new clients booking appointments over 1 hour a deposit will be taken based on the service booked.This will be taken off your overall service price.

This policy is common place in appointment based business.
